There is no burial register information available for Susannah Packer.
Only three of the five burial register books still exist as far as we know and these are held at the Berkshire Record Office.
Stillborn children were not recorded in the burial register, only in the cemetery accounts.

Recorder's Notes | Miss Susannah Packer died 19/01/1894, she was the sister of John Packer. She is buried in W112 alongside her sister Eliza who died 6/2/1885 aged 68. John is in W110 alongside Katherine Bavin Packer, his 2nd wife who died 25/5/1894, aged 74. Their father John Packer lies between them in W111 with Susannah , his wife and Marianna the 1st wife of his son John |

JOHN PACKER , snr (1784-1855)
Father: Charles Packer (as above), born in Bishopstone, Wilts.
Mother: Susannah Griffin They married 19/12/1782.
Father died in 1808. I have downloaded his will from National Archives. If you need this let me know.
Mother died in 1821, buried 21/6/1821, place St. Mary’s, Reading.

1815 Toomer’s Census: Page 96. Residing on the East side of Northbrook Street. He is aged 30, a silversmith. Also his wife Susan (age 30) and daughter Susannah (age 1). Plus 3 servants.

This confirms John Packer’s many businesses and locations. Also his 2 daughters who became schoolmistresses.
Susannah Packer, née Lock (c.1784 – 1850)
She was the sole executrix to her mother’s will dated 23/6/1809. Her mother Elizabeth bequeathed to Susannah her house in Wolverton and the one adjoining, £100, furniture, evening apparel and all other effects.
I am pretty certain that there is an error in the Ancestry tree you found in that the death record was in the name of Sarah Lock. Also Susannah Sarah Lock married William Marshall on 18/12/1808 in the City of London.

Susannah (aka Susan) baptised 12/6/1814 at St. Mary’s, Reading. Done
Charles baptised 16/4/1815, Shoreditch. Became Rev. Charles Packer M.A., vicar of Longwood, Huddersfield, a position he held for 38 years. He died in 1891.
Eliza born 23/2/1816, baptised 10/5/1816 at St. Mary’s, Reading. Her father is recorded living at Minster Street, Reading. Done
John born 1818 – see below
Ellen born 1822 – she married widower James Porteous Jackson on 18/7/1851 in London. She was buried NRC on 19/7/1892.

Her full name was Mary Hannah Hooper, born 1824 in Tewkesbury.
Their daughter Mary Susannah Packer was born in 1861 Newbury.
She is recorded in the burial accounts as Mary Ann and on the grave inscription as Marianna.

Susannah Packer
c1782-1850
Susannah was baptised on the 22nd September 1782 in Wolvercote, Oxfordshire, the daughter of William and Elizabeth Lock (nee Seal) who were married on the 8th October 1769 in Wolvercote.
William and Elizabeth also had a son, Henry, baptised on the 18th July 1780 in Wolvercote.
William was a Millwright (info from Death Duty Register, 26th October 1803). He died in 1803 and was buried at St Peter, Wolvercote.
Her mother Elizabeth died aged 67, she was buried in 1810 at St Peter Wolvercote. Elizabeth left a will (dated 23/6/1809) bequeathing to Susannah, her house in Wolverton and the one adjoining, £100, furniture, evening apparel and all other effects.
Susanna(h) married John Packer on the 2" September 1811 at St Leonard Shoreditch London (both were single)
John worked as a Silversmith, a Clock and Watch Maker, an Engraver, a Jeweller and a Corn, Coal and Salt Merchant in Northbrook Street, Newbury, Berkshire.
They had the following children
Susannah (aka Susan) baptised 12/6/1814 at St. Mary's, Reading. Charles baptised 16/4/1815 in Shoreditch Eliza born 23/2/1816, baptised 10/5/1816 at St. Mary's, Reading John baptised in 1818 in Newbury Charles baptised in 1820 in Newbury Ellen baptised in 1822 in Newbury The 1815 census of Newbury records John & Susannah both aged 30, living on the east side of Northbrook Street, Newbury with their daughter Susannah aged 1. and three servants.
In 1841 John & Susannah both aged 55, were living in Northbrook Street, John was recorded as a Watchmaker. Their children John (20), a Watchmaker and Ellen (15) were recorded living with them.
Susannah died aged 67 on the 21st May 1850, she was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 25th May. (Susannah was the fourth person to be buried in the cemetery and the first person to be buried in consecrated ground)
