Transciption: | FANNY COMYNS THE LATE MRS. COMYNS The funeral of Mrs. Comyns, widow of the late Mr. Francis Comyns, who was for many years one of the leading tradesmen of the town, took place on Monday at Newbury Cemetery. Mrs. Comyns had been ailing for a considerable period, and death took place Thursday last. The officiating clergyman was the Rev. R. Wickham Legg, Vicar of St. John's, and the interment took place in the same grave as the husband of the deceased.
The coffin was of polished oak. and was fitted with brass furniture, the plate was engraved FANNY COMYNS Died May 5th, 1904 Aged 75.
