THE LATE MR. F. COMYNS
Our obituary column to-day contains the announcement of the death of Mr. Francis Comyns, who for many years has been one of the leading tradesmen of the town, having succeeded to the business in Bortholomew-street originally carried on by the late Mr. E. W. Gray, who in his day was a foremost man in municipal and political matters.
Mr. Comyns has been connected with the Court Leet, the Horticultural Society, and other local institutions. He was of a genial disposition, and his decease, which has ensued after a lengthened period of declining health, will excite sincere regret among a wide circle of friends.
