Transciption: | THOMAS LANGTON THE LATE MR. THOMAS LANGTON The funeral of the Late Mr. Thomas Langton took place on Saturday afternoon at the cemetery, the Rev. Clifford Frend officiating, when a number of old friends were in attendance to pay a last tribute of respect. The mourners were Mrs. Langton, widow, Messrs T. & E. Langton, sons, Misses E. and F.F. Langton, daughters, Mrs. Kimber, sister. The polished oak coffin bore the inscription: THOMAS LANGTON Born June 30, 1841, Died June 3, 1903, Aged 62 years. Wreaths were sent by “His wife and children”, etc. The undertakers were Messrs. Penford and Son, Newbury
