   STMO/ Thomas TRANTER/ who departed this life 25th. Of Feb. 1878/ in his 69th. year./ Deeply lamented./ "Lord have mercy upon us."/ Also Harriet, his wife/ died March 25th. 1897 in her 83rd. Year./ "Until the daybreak and the shadows flee away."/ Also of John Thomas/ son of the above died/ August. 15th. 1881 aged 30. "So shall he even be with the Lord."/ Also of Charles Beaufoy/ son of the above/ died Feb. 19th. 1888 aged 41. Also of William Edward, son of the above, who died at Brooklyn, New York, March 28th. 1879 aged 38.
