  P(D)8
Elsie Jeffery Bell was the second daughter of Rosa nee Taylor & Architect Walter Henry Bell, whose parents and siblings are buried in P(D)7. She had a tragic death described in the Newspaper reports on the Burial page of the FNRC website. Elsie was born at 8, West St, Newbury before the family moved to the Market Place, Newbury where her father practised. He designed many of the big houses in South Newbury. Wilfred, their youngest child of 2 boys & 2 girls, was born in The Market Place & predeceased his sister Elsie in 1897 aged only 13 months. This was a very sad time for the Bell family as 3 of Walter's brothers had died in the previous decade. Their parents, Walter & Rosa are buried in plot W67 NRC.
