Sudden Death. —On Saturday last, an inquest was held before Joseph Bunny, Esq., borough coroner, on view of the body of James Hayter, of the Old Borough Arms, aged 61, who died suddenly.
Elizabeth Pierce stated that she saw the deceased at the " Old Borough Arms" on that morning; he seemed as well as usual, and had been out for walk; and on his return he ate his dinner very well. About three o'clock he was seized with bleeding from the mouth, which continued for few minutes, and he then expired. He had been under medical treatment, having for some time had bad cough, and also swelling of the feet.
Jane Rivers gave similar testimony.—The jury, after hearing the evidence, returned a verdict, " That the deceased died by the visitation of God, by the bursting of a blood-vessel.”
