AWFUL INSTANCE OF SUDDEN DEATH – On Friday evening William Butler, an elderly man, late in the employ of Mr. H. Taylor, Northbrook Street, fell down in Bartholomew Street, and suddenly expired.

SUDDEN DEATH – On Monday an inquest was held at the Borough Magistrates’ Chamber before J. Bunny Esq., coroner, on the body of William Butler, an old man who died suddenly on Saturday evening last, in Bartholomew Street. The deceased was assisting the boots, at the Jack of Newbury, in pushing a truck up the street, when he fell down, and expired immediately. The jury returned a verdict of “Died from the visitation of God.”
