Also of Ernest husband of Kate Ellen GILES died Nov. 24th. 1968/ "Re-united".
"Peace" To the dear memory of Minnie, beloved wife of William GILES/ who entered into rest/ Aug. 11th. 1936/ aged 72 years.
"Grant her, O lord, eternal rest."/
Also of William James GILES who died March 3rd. 1947 aged 80. "Re-united." |

FUNERAL OF THE LATE MRS. E. GILES
|

The funeral took place yesterday (Wednesday) of the late Mrs. Ellen Giles,
|
|
wife of Mr. Ernest Giles, of Montague -terrace, Newbury, who died after a very short
|
|
illness on Saturday last.
|
|
The service was at St John's Church, and the interment at the Old Cemetery,
|
|
Newtown -road.... The mourners were Mr. E. Giles (husband), George (brother),
|
|
Lean, Flo and Lizzie (sisters), Mum and Dad, Mother and Father-in-law, Eve, Kath
|
|
and Alice (sisters-in-law).There were also many friends at the church and at the
|
|
Newbury Weekly News 23 January 1930
