DANIEL STURGESS

 

THE LATE MR.DANIEL STURGESS

 

The funeral took place on Saturday of Mr. Daniel Sturgess, of Jubilee-road, who had for forty years carried on a hair-dressing business in Cheap-street.

 

The first part of the service was conducted at the Parish Church by the Rector (Rev. L.R. Majendie), who also officiated at the interment at the Newtown-road Cemetery.

 

The mourners were: Mrs. Sturgess (widow) and son, Mrs. C. H. Bailey (daughter), Messrs. F. and J. Sturgess (brothers), Mrs. White (sister), Mrs.J. Sturgess (sister-in-law), Mr. and Mrs. Lynch (brother and sister-in-law), Mr. and Mrs. Huckings (nephew and niece), Mr. Scull (friend).
