The funeral of the late Mrs. Pratt, wife of Mr. Henry Pratt. for many years the headmaster of the National School, and now manager or the Corn Exchange, took place on Saturday at the Cemetery, the Rector officiating.

The mourners were Mr H Pratt (husband),Messrs. J.E. and R C. Pratt (sons), Miss Pratt. Misses G , P., and K. Pratt (daughters), Mrs. J. E. Pratt (daughter-in-law). The oak coffin, with brass fittings, was inscribed:


Died July 30th 1902, Aged 68 years.

The funeral arrangements were carried out by Mr. C.W. Adey, West Mills.
