CHARLES COOKE

Kimber's Almshouses.—A vacancy is caused in this charity by the death of Mr. Charles Cook, at the advanced age of 82. The deceased occupied the responsible position of paying the almspeople and being the medium between them and the Trustees. Previous to his election in February, 1887, Mr. Cook was in business for many years in Northbrook-street, and was highly esteemed by his fellow townsmen.


(Previously in business at 76 Northbrook Street, a boot and shoe maker)
