    Henry was born in West Wickham, Kent to a Gardener. He was a Dispenser of Medicine in High St, Croydon in 1871 & met Fanny Sparshott who was working there as a house maid to a GP. He married Fanny in 1874 in Morden and moved to Newbury, first in West St, then in Carnarvon St where he worked as a Dispenser of Medicines. They had three children. By 1920 they lived at 86, Gloucester Rd, Newbury. Fanny was born to an Agricultural Labourer in South Mundham, West Sussex. Source: Ages & other data from Ancestry records
