Mary Jane, d. of John & Ellen New & sister of Edmund New ChNW35, of Old Newtown Rd. She was the first Walter Philip Hancock's 3rd wife, chemical porter & watch repairer. Her daughter Emily Caroline, wife of Frederick Charles Seward, wood turner, lived at 4 Derby Cottages, King's Rd. Both deaths were just after childbirth & husbands remarried soon after.
