    The only fit for the footstone is Jane Osgood died 1899 and Jane Long Osgood died 1898. The graves are 6 apart !!????

THE WEEK'S FUNERALS
The funeral of the late Mrs. Osgood of the Bridge, took place on Saturday afternoon, the first of the service being conducted at the Parish Church, by the Rector.
The bereaved husband was too ill to attend, and the mourners were: Mr and Mrs Troup, daughter and son-in-law, Mrs Jenning, daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Layton, Mr. and Mrs, Austin, Miss Jeanie Troup, Mr. Alan Troup, grandchildren.
Wreaths were sent by Mr. and Mrs. Troup, Mr. and Mrs. Layton, Mr. and Mrs. Austin, Miss Edith Troup, Fanny, Ethel and Ada Seymour, Mrs. Bennett.
Mr Hanington was the undertaker.

JANE OSGOOD
 
Yesterday morning there passed away another old resident, Mrs. Osgood of the Bridge, at the age of 86.
 
The deceased lady had been in comparatively good health up until recently, and with her husband, Mr. John Osgood, who survives her, had occupied their present residence for fully fifty years.
