SARAH ANN VINER
SALVATION ARMY FUNERAL.—
The funeral at the Cemetery on Friday afternoon of Mrs Viner, of Brighton-terrace, a member of the Salvation Army, was attended by the band, and a following of soldiers, both male and female.
The sun was powerful, and whilst the service was proceeding one of the bearers, named Robert Hilliard, sustained a sunstroke. On being removed to his home a fit followed, but it is satisfactory to learn that he has now nearly recovered.
