  From top of headstone: Sacred to the Memory of/ James son of Geo. & Hannah Reid/ who died March 2nd. 1863 aged 13 months./ Also of Thomas Reid, son of the above who died June 1st. 1868/ aged 14 months./ Also of Walter Reid, son of the above/ who died July 29th. 1868 aged 3 weeks./ Also Hannah, the beloved wife of George Reid who entered into Rest Dec. 18 1890/ aged 61 years./ "Thy will be done."/ Also of George Reid/ who died July 20th. 1909 aged 84 years./ Also Jane/ eldest daughter of the above who died March 6th. 1911 aged 52 years.

Dec. 18, at Bartholomew-house, Newbury, Hannah, the beloved wife of George Reid, after a very short illness. in her 63rd year. Deeply deplored by sorrowing children.
