STANLEY GEORGE HOPSON

 

Death of Mr. S. Hopson

 

The death took place on Good Friday of Mr. Stanley George Hopson, of 55, St George's-avenue, Newbury. He was only 22 years of age, but had been ill for some time. The funeral was on Tuesday at the Old Cemetery, Newtown-road.

 

The mourners were Mr. and Mrs. W.J. Hopson (father and mother), Mr. Jack Hopson and Mr. Joe Hopson (brothers), Miss Mabel Hopson and Miss Evelyn Hopson (sisters), Mrs. Tibble ((aunt) Slough, Miss Jessie Piper and Miss Joan Piper.

 

Wreaths were sent by: His sorrowing Dad and Mum; Jack and Jess; Joe; Evelyn; Bobby; Aunt Dolly (Slough); Aunt Lucy (Sidcup); Uncle Ern and Aunt Flo; all at 44, Northbrook-street; Mr. and Mrs. Birchmore; Mr. Noyse; Mr. and Mrs. Piper and family; Mrs. Coventry; Mrs. Barrett and Percy; Mrs. Parsons and family; Mrs. Adnams and Alf.

 

The funeral arrangements were carried out by Mr. E.B. Hitchman, Oxford-street, Newbury.
