  Headstone: In Affectionate Remembrance of / James Greetham / who died May 5th. 1868 / aged 67 years, / Also John Greetham / son of the above / who died Jan. 14th. 1874 / aged 31 years. "My God, my Father, while I stray / far from my home on Life's rough way, / O teach me from my heart to say, / 'Thy will be done.'" / Also of Hannah / wife of the above / who died Dec. 20th. 1887 / aged 75 years, // Footstone: J.C. 1868 / J.C. 1874 / H.C. 1887 //
   
  Good condition but laid down & covered by vegetation.

    James was a canal lock keeper who lived with his family first at Greenham Mills Lock Cottage & by 1871 in the Canal Cottage, Northbrook St. He & Hannah had 9 children. When widowed, Hannah became a laundress & by 1881 lived with her d. Elizabeth, grandson, James, & a Lodger in West Fields, Newbury.
