THE LATE MRS MARY WESTALL

FUNERAL AT NEWBURY

Much sympathy is felt for the husband and relatives of Mrs Mary Elizabeth Westall, youngest daughter of the late Mr and Mrs John Spanswick, of “Myrtledene” Hambridge road, Newbury, whose death took place on August 13^th at Southampton.

Mr and Mrs Westall made many friends during their residence in Newbury, where both were at one time in business.  For some years they have been living at Southampton, and Mrs Westall’s passing – she was taken ill on the Saturday and died on the following Monday – came as a great shock to all who knew her.  Aged only 36, she leaves three young children.

The funeral took place on August 16^th at the Newtown road Cemetery, Newbury, the Rev. J N Blagden, Vicar of Greenham, officiating.
