There is no burial register information available for Charlotte Girdler.
Only three of the five burial register books still exist as far as we know and these are held at the Berkshire Record Office.
Stillborn children were not recorded in the burial register, only in the cemetery accounts.

Charlotte Girdler
1843-1867
Charlotte was born in Newbury Berkshire she was baptised on the 25th June 1843 at St Nicolas Church Newbury the daughter of Adam and Sarah Curtis (nee Danvers) who were married on the 5th October 1834 at St Nicolas Newbury.
He father Adam was baptised on the 24th November 1813 at St Nicolas Newbury he died aged 67 in 1879, he was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 27th September.
Her mother Sarah was born c1812 in Newbury she died aged 77 on the 29th September 1888, she was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 2nd October.
Adam and Sarah also had the following children:

Mary Ann c1839
Emma Maria 1841 (died 1842 aged 1)
Victoria 1845 (died aged 2 in 1848)
Richard James 1847
Frederick 1850
Edwin c1852 (died aged 1 in 1853 buried on the 27th July in the NRC (recorded as Edward)
Walter 1856 (died aged 3 in 1859 buried on the 25th February in the NRC)
The 1851 and 1861 census records record Charlotte living in Mayor’s Lane Newbury with her parents and siblings.
Charlotte gave birth to a daughter, Sarah Ann in June 1861, she was baptised on the 16th August. (No father recorded on the baptism record). Sarah Ann died aged 5 months she was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 8th November.
Charlotte married Charles Girdler.

Bride: Charlotte Curtis, aged 18, spinster, abode, Newbury
Fathers: George Girdler and Adam Curtis, both Labourers
Witnesses: William Tucker and Elizabeth Tucker
Groom signed, bride made her mark
They had the following children:
A daughter born in 1862 (no name recorded at time of birth registration in the June quarter) who died soon after birth, she was buried in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 6th June (buried as infant child of Charles Girdler).
Mary Ann Girdler born in 1864
Charles James born in 1866, died in 1867 (death was registered as Charles Girdler aged 0 in the March quarter), buried in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 30th March 1867 as Charles Girdler.
Charlotte died aged 23 in 1867 just before her son Charles, she was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 21st February
Charles remarried in 1869 his 2nd wife was Sarah Piper, they had ten children.
Charles died aged 50 in 1890 he was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 12th July.
