Stillborn children were not recorded in the burial register, only in the cemetery accounts.

George William Wright Ranger
1838-1862
George William Wright was born in Newbury he was the son of William and Isabella Ranger (nee Wirght) who were married in Hungerford on the 14th June 1832. William was born c1800 in King Somborne Hampshire
George had two sisters, Isabella Charlotte born c1835 and Sarah Eleanora born c1841 died 1842
In 1841 the family were living in Bartholomew Street Newbury.
George’s mother died aged 33 in 1843 she was buried on the 8th July at St Nicolas Newbury.
In 1851 George was living in Madeira Place Newbury with his father William and his sister Isabella Charlotte. They were all still living in Madeira Place when the 1861 census was taken, William was recorded as an Annuitant, George was recorded as a Chemist /Druggist Assistant and Isabella was recorded as a Proprietress of Houses.
George died aged 23 on the 11th October 1862 he was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 15th October.
George’s father remarried in 1867, he moved to Ownham (a small hamlet in the civil parish of Boxford Berkshire) and died there on the 21st June 1877 he was buried alongside George on the 26th June.
