There is no burial register information available for Tobias Hobbs.
Only three of the five burial register books still exist as far as we know and these are held at the Berkshire Record Office.
Stillborn children were not recorded in the burial register, only in the cemetery accounts.
This information is taken from the accounts ledgers of the Newbury Cemetery Company that originally ran and maintained the cemetery.

Tobias Hobbs
c1790-1861
Tobias was born in Hatford Berkshire he married Harriet Castle in Kingston Bagpuize Berkshire on the 9th May 1815 (his surname was spelt Hobbis on the marriage record).Harriet was born c1795 in Berkshire.
Tobias and Harriet had the following children (and possibly more):

On the 10th April 1835 Tobias Hobbes (42) found himself before the Newbury Borough Sessions on a charge of Larceny. He was found not guilty.
In 1841 the family were living in Northbrook Street Newbury and Tobias was working as a Dealer.
On the 5th April 1847 Tobias Hobbis (54) once again found himself in trouble with the law he was convicted of Larceny (two convictions) at the Berkshire County Sessions and was sentenced to 6 months and 3 months imprisonment.
The 1851 census records Tobias as a Labourer and Harriet as a Laundress, living in Northcroft Lane Newbury
Harriet died aged 56 in 1851 she was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 6th December (surname recorded as Hobbis on NBI, Freebmd and GRO and Hobbes on NRC)
In the 1861 census Tobias (70) was recorded in the Union Workhouse Newbury as T Hobbs, he died later that year and was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 24th June 1861.
