There is no burial register information available for Sarah Bradfield.
Only three of the five burial register books still exist as far as we know and these are held at the Berkshire Record Office.
Stillborn children were not recorded in the burial register, only in the cemetery accounts.

Sarah Bradfield
c1801-1861
Sarah’s parents:
William Hall and Sarah Goatley married on the 28th September 1801 at St Nicolas Church Newbury. William was born c1783 in Newbury and was a Bricklayer. Sarah was born c1773 in Berkshire.
William and Sarah had the following children: Sarah c1801, William c1804, Ann c1808, Henry c1810, Jane c1811 and Edward c1814.
In the 1815 census of Newbury Sarah (14) was recorded living with her parents and siblings in Jack of Newbury Yard (on the east side of Northbrook Street) Newbury.
The 1841 census records Sarah’s mother Sarah (65) living alone on the east side of Northbrook Street Newbury. Her father William (60) was recorded as a prisoner in the Reading Goal.
Sarah’s mother died aged 76 in 1847 she was buried on the 26th November at St Nicolas Newbury
The 1851 census records William (63), lodging in Robeson’s Yard Newbury with a Jane Bright (62) and her son Thomas (24).
Sarah’s father died aged 77 in 1859 he was buried in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 9th May.
Sarah:
Sarah married Edward Bradfield (born c1797 in Newbury son of Bartholomew & Mary Bradfield) on the 21st April 1816 at St Nicolas Church Newbury. Edward was a Sawyer.
Edward and Sarah had the following children:
James c1824 (died aged 38 in 1861 buried in the NRC on the 2nd August)
Mary c1828
Thomas c1830 (died aged 23 in 1853 buried in the NRC on the 21st March)
Caroline c1832
Edward c1835
The family were recorded living in East Field Newbury in 1841 (surname recorded as Bradford on ancestry) and Kings Arms Yard Newbury in 1851.
Edward died aged 58 in 1855 he was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 20th June.
The 1861 census records Sarah and her son Edward (26), a Sawyer, living in Kimber’s Yard Newbury
Sarah died aged 65 in 1861 she was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 11th May.
