There is no burial register information available for William Hazell.
Only three of the five burial register books still exist as far as we know and these are held at the Berkshire Record Office.
Stillborn children were not recorded in the burial register, only in the cemetery accounts.
This information is taken from the accounts ledgers of the Newbury Cemetery Company that originally ran and maintained the cemetery.

William Hazell
c1775-1860
According to the 1851 census William was born in Newbury, Berkshire. He was recorded as a Shoemaker in 1815 and a Cordwainer in 1851.
He married Elizabeth Baker on the 1st November 1812 at St Nicolas Church Newbury (both were widowed).
The 1815 census of Newbury records William Hazel (36) living on the east side of Newtown Lane, Newbury with Elizabeth Hazel (35), Henry Hazel (2), John Baker (14) and Thomas Baker (8). (Probably Elizabeth’s two sons from her previous marriage)
Elizabeth died aged 58 in 1837, she was buried on the 30th January at St Nicolas Newbury.
The 1851 census records William (77) as a widower, lodging with a William Chubb (66) in Old Newtown Road, Newbury.
William died aged 85 in 1860, he was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 3rd March.
