Isabella Elkins

She was born c. 1796 in Newbury. She was the first wife of John Elkins, a Currier of Bartholomew Street, and they had 6 children – Amelia born 11 Nov. 1817; Edwin born 27 Feb. 1820; Matilda born 14 Dec. 1821; George born 13 Nov. 1823; Cornelius born 28 Nov. 1825; and Mary Ann born 6 January 1828 who died on 2 April 1828.

Isabella died on 21 January 1859 aged 63 years and was buried on 25 January 1859.
