There is no burial register information available for Edward Collins.
Only three of the five burial register books still exist as far as we know and these are held at the Berkshire Record Office.
Stillborn children were not recorded in the burial register, only in the cemetery accounts.

Edward Collins (1857 – 1858)
Edward Collins was born in 1857 in Newbury, the son of Edwin and Martha, nee New, Collins. Edwin and Martha had married on 21 March 1849 at St Nicolas in Newbury. Edward was baptized on 29 March 1857 at St Nicolas in Newbury, Edwin was recorded as an engineer.
Edwin and Martha had five children, all born in Newbury, Alice (or Helen) 1850, Edwin (1854), Edward (1857), Brice (1859) and Annie (1861).
Edward died in May 1858 aged 15 months and he was buried at Newtown Road Cemetery on 15 May 1858.
Edward’s sister Alice (Helen) and brother Edwin were also both buried at Newtown Road Cemetery on the same date, 15 November 1856.
Edwin senior and Martha continued to live in Newbury after the burial of Edward and both were buried at Newtown Road Cemetery, Edwin on 31 October 1862 and Martha on 1 March 1876.
