There is no burial register information available for James William Davies.
Only three of the five burial register books still exist as far as we know and these are held at the Berkshire Record Office.
Stillborn children were not recorded in the burial register, only in the cemetery accounts.

James William Davies
1849-1858
James was born in 1849 in Newbury he was the son of James Jeremiah & Mary Davies (nee Cooke) who married in Oxford in 1848. His father was a China & Glass Dealer.
James Jeremiah & Mary also had the following three children who were also born in Newbury:
Philip Edward 1852 McFarlan 1855 Mary Elizabeth 1857
In 1851 James William was living with his parents at 41 Northbrook Street Newbury.
His mother Mary passed away aged 27 on the 23rd February 1858 she was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 1st March 1858.
James William died aged 8 on the 17th March 1858 he was buried on the 20th March 1858 in the Newtown Road Cemetery.
His father remarried in 1859 his 2nd wife was Mary Hannah Waite and they had the following children:
James Waite 1860 William Henry 1862 Walter John 1864 Herbert 1866 Annie 1870
The family were living at 63 Northbrook Street by 1861 where James Jeremiah had established a successful earthenware and china business.
James Jeremiah Davies died aged 79 on the 7th June 1901 he was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 12th June 1901.
