Sudden Death.—On Thursday morning last, about three o'clock, a case of sudden death occurred to Mr. Benjamin Grobety, of this town, aged 87 years. The deceased enjoyed remarkably good health up to the day of his death when he experienced a slight illness, and took some medicine, from which be felt better. He went bed about his usual time, and his wife discovered him dead by the side of her at the above-named time.
Mr. Grobety had up to the last assisted the overseers in making the poor-rate and collecting the same; he was a very old inhabitant, and many years carried on very extensive carrying business, but met with the reverses of fortune.
