There is no burial register information available for Joseph Hughes.

Stillborn children were not recorded in the burial register, only in the cemetery accounts.

Joseph Hughes
c1783-1855
According to the 1851 census Joseph was born in Burghclere Hampshire. (Possible baptism: 1780, Burghclere, Joseph Hewes, son of John and Elizabeth)
The 1841 census records Joseph (55) as a Hairdresser, living in Bartholomew Street, Newbury with his wife Mary (55) (surname recorded as Angles on ancestry).
The 1851 records Joseph (68) as a Hairdresser and Chelsea Pensioner and Mary (66), living off Bartholomew Street, Newbury.
Joseph died in 1855, he was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 19th February (NBI has his age at death recorded as 70, the GRO website records his age at death as 76)
The 1861 census records Mary (75) as a Widow of a Barber, she was living alone in Dredge’s Yard (off Bartholomew Street) Newbury.
Mary died aged 78 in 1864, she was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the14th March.
