William Thomas Sibley
He was born circa 1813 in Ipswich Suffolk. Research has unearthed nothing about his early life.
He became a tailor by trade and the 1851 census records that he was a professor of cutting and tailoring living at 8 Simmons yard with his wife Anne, aged 37, daughter Jane Anne, aged 12, and Mary A Guyett, aged 17, house servant.
From 4 July 1851 he was a member of the loyal Berkshire lodge of hope.
He died aged 41 on 27 November 1854 at Simmond's yard, Northbrook St. The cause of death was chronic laryngitis and congestion of the lungs
Anne Norrid of witherill's buildings, Bartholomew St., was present at his death .
He was buried on 2 December 1854 .
