There is no burial register information available for Lydia Bastin.
Only three of the five burial register books still exist as far as we know and these are held at the Berkshire Record Office.
Stillborn children were not recorded in the burial register, only in the cemetery accounts.

Lydia Bastin
c1785-1854
Lydia was baptised on the 31st July 1785, in Highclere, Hampshire, the daughter of Edward and Ann Bastin (nee May) who were married on the 5th December 1772 in Highclere.
Her father Edward was baptised on the 10th July 1747, in Highclere, the son of Edward and Elizabeth Bastin. He died aged 74 and was buried on the 28th March 1824, in Highclere.
Her mother Ann was baptised on the 19th May 1746 in Highclere, the daughter of Thomas John and Ann May. She died aged 75 and was buried on the 21st November 1821, in Highclere.
Edward and Ann also had the following children baptised in Highclere:
Elizabeth, 1774
Susannah, 1776
John, 7th December 1778
Bethiah, 5th May 1781
Edward, 15th November 1783
Blaney, 3rd April 1787
Rebecca, 7th July 1793
The 1851 census records Lydia (66) as a Servant, living with a Thomas Prior (74), in Raymond’s Almshouses, Newbury, Berkshire. (Surname recorded as Barton on ancestry)
Lydia died aged 69 in 1854. She was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 18th May.
