James Harvey was born in Attleborough Norfolk on the 24th of February 1836
his first marriage was to Hannah Blanchard in Romsey Hampshire in 1860. They had a child Edna in 1862. Hannah died December 11 1897 .
In Dec. qrt. 1898 James married Caroline Edith Bartholomew in Newbury
