AMY E. HOSKINGS

THE LATE MRS.W. HOSKINGS

Great grief has been occasional among a wide circle of friends by the untimely death of Mrs. Amy E. Hoskings, wife of Mr. W.H. Hoskings, of Riverside, West Mills, which took place on Friday. The deceased lady was particularly of an amiable disposition, and her death under extremely sad circumstances, leaving motherless a newly born infant and two other young children. The funeral took place on Tuesday afternoon at Newbury Cemetery when there was a large assemblage to testify their deep respect for the deceased, and their warm sympathy with the bereaved husband and relatives.
The officiating ministers were the Rev. Sidney Phillips, superintendent of the Newbury Wesleyan Circuit, the Revs. A.F. Hubbard and W.E. Selby, and the service was of a deeply impressive character.
The body, enclosed in a polished coffin, with brass fittings, was inscribed
