Transciption: | A POSTMAN’S FUNERAL took place on Saturday afternoon, the remains of Walter George Rice, who had been a telegraph boy and postman at the Newbury office, being borne to the cemetery on the shoulders of his former colleagues. The Mayor and postal officials were also in attendance.
