Transciption: | HENRY ADAMS THE LATE MR. HENRY ADAMS After spending the greater part of his life in the neighbourhood of Stroud Green, Mr. Henry Adams removed to Gloucester-road, where he passed away on the last day of the old year at the age of 86. He was buried at the Cemetery on the 2nd January a service having been previously taking place in the Primitive Methodist Church, conducted by the Rev. J. Richards. The mourners were three nieces, a nephew, also Mr. Dowling, the executor. Mr. Adams had been a member of the Primitive Chapel for over 40 years. He gave the land on which Stroud Green Chapel was erected. A memorial service will be held on Sunday morning next in Bartholomew-street Church, conducted by the Rev. J.Neville.
