Recorder's Notes | Elizabeth was the daughter of a Gentleman's Gardener, later Coal Agent, Thomas Jabez and his 2nd wife Eliza nee Gates, from Noel House, Streatham Place, Surrey. She moved to Northbrook St by 1891 and worked as a Draper's Asst. She lived with her cousin, George Ashdown, a brush maker & dealer & rate collector who lived with his wife, Kate nee Booz & family at 35, Northbrook St, Newbury.
