JAMES GORMAN

THE BURIALS ACT

The first interment under the new Act, in consecrated ground of the Newbury Cemetery, took place a few days since, when the Rev. F. Riley buried an Irish Roman Catholic who had died in the Newbury Union.

The Newbury Union Workhouse Records record the death of James Gorman aged 44 from Newbury on the 14th of February 1881
