Frederick Henry Langley
He was born in 1840 in Sturminster Newton, Dorset, son of John and Pennelope Anne Langley. He was baptised on 27 December 1842.
He married Clara Newby in 1866 in Croydon and his occupation was Bank Clerk, living in Croydon and Margate. In 1871 he is living in Croydon with his wife Clara. He died aged 38 years on 14 March 1879 at Albion House, Oxford Road, Newbury where he was visiting his parents who ran a preparatory school for young gentlemen at the premises. He was late of 5 Clifton Gardens, Margate, Kent, and probate was granted to his widow Clara.
His death was announced in the Newbury Weekly News dated 20/11/1879 as follows:-
“Langley – March 14, at Albion House, Newbury, Frederick Henry, eldest son of John Langley, aged 38 years.”
