1876-1878

Georgina was born in Newbury in 1876 she was the youngest child of James & Emily Langton (nee Copes) who were married in Newbury in 1860. James was born in Newbury c1836 and was a Bricklayer, Emily was born in Reading c1836.

James & Emily also had the following children:

The family lived in St Mary’s Hill, Newbury until at least 1871 but by 1881 they were living in Sackville Place. By 1907 they were living in The Folly, Pyle Hill, Newbury.

Georgina died aged 2 in 1878 she was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 11th November

Her father James died aged 72 on the 7th November 1907, he was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 11th November

Her mother Emily died aged 83 on the 20th October 1921, she was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 25th October
