CHARLES EDWARD WESTROPE
James and Mary Ann WESTROPE. In the 1871 census William was living
at 5Bartholomew Street with his wife, 3children, 2 assistants and 2 house servants. Charles Edward died in 1876 and was buried on November 13 1876 at Newtown Rd Cemetery
