Richard Henry Joachim 1838 - 1924 was born in Taunton to a farming family. His parents were William and Ann.
He was married to Jane Bartlett Joachim in 1865 in Cheverell, Wilts. They had no children. NB His wife is interred at Gt. Cheverell.
In 1871 and 1875 he is shown as a farmer in East Woodhay.
In 1881 a farmer of 200 acres with 7 labourers (with a visitor Henry Portsmouth who was a farmer of 128 acres with 8 labourers)
In 1885 and 1891 he is in Henwick, Thatcham
|In 1899 in Kelly's at 10 Beaconsfield Terrace
In 1901 at 10 Beaconsfield terrace with Jane (Born Cheverill). Also in 1905
In 1911 a farmer retired
In 1920 in the electoral register as living at 4 Craven Road, Newbury
He died on 10 Oct. 1924 at 40 Craven road. Brighton Villa. Probate £2226 11s 9d to Henry Portsmouth ( a retired farmer)
