JOB HAINES

HAINES – May 20, at Corn Wharf, Newbury, Mr. Job Haines, Aged 69. His end was peace.

Mr. JOB HAINES, who expired yesterday after a lingering illness, was formerly corn porter and afterwards manager to Mrs. Clayton, on whose death he succeeded to the business, which he has since for 20 years carried on.

He was prominently connected with the corn trade of the town during that period, having an extensive acquaintance with the agriculturists of the neighbourhood.
