TOM DEW A WELL-KNOWN LANDLORD The death has occurred during the week of Mr. Tom Dew, who for 27 years had been landlord of the "Bricklayer's Arms" Bartholomew-street. He was a native of Aldbourne, Wilts., and during his residence in Newbury was well known as a licensee who enjoyed the friendship of many townsmen. |
