Fred Herbert Draper
1865-1869
Fred was born in Reading Berkshire in 1865 he was the son of Edward & Sarah Draper (nee Bristow) who were married on the 14th June 1859 in Peterborough Northamptonshire. His father was born in Gainsborough Lincolnshire c1835 and worked as a Railway Clerk and also a Licenced Victualler & Merchant. His mother was born in Peterborough Northamptonshire in 1830 and worked (after her husband’s death in 1869) as a Goods Agent for G W R.
Fred’s siblings were:
George Edward born in Heckington 1860
Sarah Jane born in Heckington in 1861
Clara Jessie born in Reading in 1863
Arthur born in Reading in 1867
Florence in Newbury c1869
Fred Herbert died aged 4 in 1869 he was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 9th October 1869
His mother Sarah, father Edward, brother, Arthur and sister Florence are also buried in the Newtown Road Cemetery
