James Brindley
James Brindley was born in 1864 to James and Rachel nee Houey. It was the second of seven children. He was a fish curer and merchant with his own business married to Ellen Benson in 1884. Six children
in 1901 living in bone lane in 1911 living in hybels Greenham and also in 1939 living at high bells with son Leslie and live in domestic help Sarah claridge who was Ellen's niece
both James and Rachel are buried in Newtown Rd cemetery. His siblings were martha 1861 to 1945; emily 1866 ;harriet 1869 to 1908 Eliza 1873 to 1960 rose 1879 to 1972 and Peter 1884 to 1910 who is also buried in Newtown Rd cemetery
