Recorder's Notes | Wilfred was the only son of Frank Winstanley, gardener & son of a wheelwright of West Derby Village, near Liverpool, He married Beatrice Florence Storey of Aldershot at St Michael's Church, Aldershot in 1910 when Frank was a chauffeur of Andover Rd, Newbury. After marriage, Frank became a postman and they lived at 23 Bourne Tce, Wash Common, moving to 10, Roseberry Cottages, Wash Common, Enborne by the time of Wilfred's death (NRC BurReg) By 1939 Wilfred's parents had moved to Stoneycroft, Monks Lane, Newbury, where Frank died in 1953.
