Elizabeth Sheppard married twice and is buried with her first husband John Davis. She is mentioned on the inscription on grave LS(G)13 as "also Elizabeth his wife who died sept 5th 1917 aged 71 years"
in 1851 she is living with her parents at fullbrook oxfordshires with her siblings Joseph 13, Mary ann 11, Elizabeth 5, and William 1
in 1861 she is working as a servant to her brother Joseph, beer housekeeper, in Marylebone London
in 1871 she married John a grocer's Porter living at Waterloo place
in 1881 she is a housekeeper to Henry Somerset of Northbrook St who ran Newbury brewery
in 1891 she is living at Northbrook street with her mother-in-law and John who is a caterer (opposite side of the street to the brewery)
in 1901 census she is living as a widow at 1 Albany St
He second marriage was to James Sheppard in Hungerford q4 1901. He died q2 1909 and is buried in Hungerford
After James's death she moved bach to long lane, beyond Shaw, York Cottage
