Ada Elizabeth Himmons
1891-1892
Ada Elizabeth was born in Newbury the daughter of John and Ellen Himmons (nee Dennis) who were married in 1881 (marriage registered in Newbury)
Ada died aged 1 in 1892, she was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 7th December.
Ada’s father John Hemans birth was registered in the September quarter of 1857 in Newbury, Berkshire. He was the son of John and Harriet Maria Himmins (nee Pettit) who were married in 1856 (marriage registered in Newbury).
Her mother Ellen was born in 1859 in Woodspeen, Berkshire, the daughter of William and Elizabeth Dennis (nee Cooper) who were married in 1850 (marriage registered in Newbury).

Harry 1894 (died aged 19 in 1913, buried in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 5th August)
Elsie Elizabeth 1900
Albert 1903 (died aged 3 weeks, buried in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 8th May)
Ada’s father was recorded as a Weighbridge Clerk for G.W.R. in 1881, a Gardener in 1891 and a Coal Porter in 1901 and 1911.
The family were recorded living in Shaw Fields in 1881, Northcroft Lane Newbury in 1891 and Adey’s Buildings in 1901 and 1911.
Ada’s father John died aged 55 on the 29th January 1913, he was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 1st February.
Her mother Ellen died aged 70 in 1930 (death registered in Newbury)
