There is no burial register information available for Francis Fisher.

Francis Fisher
1862-1897
Francis, his parents, siblings and early life:
Francis was born in 1862 in Newbury, Berkshire, the son of Ashley and Elizabeth Fisher (nee Rowles) who were married in 1854 (marriage registered in Newbury).
His father Ashley was a Bricklayer. He was baptised on the 26th December 1830 in Thatcham, Berkshire, the son of John and Ann Fisher (nee Wilkins) who were married on the 23rd October 1826 at St Nicolas Church Newbury. Ashley died aged 93 on the 2nd March 1924, he was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 6th March.
His mother Elizabeth was baptised on the 1st January 1837 at St Mary, Bathwick, Somerset, the daughter of Joseph (a Labourer) and Sarah Rowles (nee Huzzey) who were married on the 3rd June 1833 at St Nicolas Church, Newbury, Berkshire. Elizabeth died aged 75 on the 4th July 1911, she was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 8th July

The 1871, census records Francis (8) living in Quaker’s Building Ground, Newbury with his parents Ashley (42), Elizabeth (34) and his siblings, Sarah (16), Alice (14), Henry (12), Charles Ashley (6), Elizabeth (3) and George (1).
In 1881 Francis (18) was working as a Bricklayer’s Labourer, he was living at home (5, Quaker’s Building Ground) with his parents and siblings, Charles (16), Elizabeth (13), George (11), Edith (9), Kate (7), Albert (4) and Edward (1).
Francis in later life:
Francis married in 1888.

Witnesses: J Edgar Stillman and Elizabeth Gibbins
(Elizabeth was born in 1851 in Newbury, the daughter of William Henry (aka Henry) and Eliza Griffiths (nee Sawyer) who were married in 1850 (marriage registered in Newbury). She married George Frederick Furley in 1874, they had three children, Henry George in 1875, Caroline in 1877 and Elizabeth in 1879. Elizabeth was widowed in 1885)
Francis and Elizabeth had the two daughters born in Newbury, Frances Eliza born c1891 and Louisa born in 1892.
The 1891 census records Francis (28) as a Sawyer, living in Quaker’s Burial Ground with Elizabeth (39), their daughter Frances (under 3 months old) and Elizabeth’s daughter from her 1st marriage, Caroline Furley (14), a Fancy Shop Assistant.
Francis died aged 34 on the 29th August 1897, he was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 1st September.
Elizabeth died aged 58, on the 20th February 1910, she was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 27th February. (Abode at time of death: 4 Bolton Place, Newbury)
